Surveys and data collection
The goal of the project was to test different methods of recruiting a general population to an online panel of US citizens to consult on public policy issues. Respondents were asked to sign up for the Citizen Cabinet by mail or by going to the specified website and entering their code. In this process, they were asked to complete a short intake questionnaire on paper or online.
