CSR assists management of the UVA Health Service Foundation (HSF) in assessing the degree to which their employees are satisfied with their workplace climate. The HSF Employee Engagement survey is based on the Q12 questions developed by the Gallup Research Group. In addition to these Q12 questions, employees were asked to rate some HSF questions and provide certain demographic information such as place of work, position, and number of years of service with HSF. Unlike in previous years, this year CSR conducted the data collection, data analysis, and reporting. An email message was sent to all HSF employees inviting them to take the online survey, which averaged a completion length of 6 minutes.
