The survey focuses on the five strategic goals for new Electronic Medical Record software, EpicCare, as it was used in the outpatient practice environment and uses those goals to measure how clinical staff members perceived the success of the new system at theUVA Medical Center. The over-riding objective of the survey was to identify specific areas that could be improved, re-evaluated or changed. CSR became involved in instrument development, advice on protocol and analysis and reporting. Survey was programmed and fielded by client, not CSR. Rresults reported to top management at UVA Health System and shared with UVA Board of Visitors.
